Procrastination and distraction were familiar states our founder navigated for many years. Reading those words, we’re sure you know the feels… and heck, they seem innocent enough, right?! It wasn’t until she uncovered the core reasons she was constantly sabotaging that she could finally overcome them but more importantly, understood how deadly a case of distraction-itis truly is.

It was fuelled by a (low key) crazy amount of curiosity that she set out on a quest to unpack why we don’t just do what we say want to. Through countless books, podcasts, and interviews, it became clear that this roadblock often stems from a fear of our own potential, self-doubt, or letting our inner critic get the best of us. And if we circle back to why this is so deadly, imagine never living the life you want or, worse, living a life full of regret? It’s giving, horror movie.
